**General Description:**
We have an opening for a **Service Sales Representative** at our **Phoenix branch**. This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality. Candidates must have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC and facility services industries or property management.

**Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications** :
* Associates degree
* Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
* Experience with business to business sales preferred
* Knowledge of the business environment in the Denver region
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction
* Professional image
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Over 18 years of age
* High School diploma or GED
* Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
* Strong written and verbal English skills
* Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Average Starting Salary: $85K + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
