Mozaic, LLC (www.mozaic-llc.com) is an independent, privately-owned investment management firm located in Beverly Hills, California with over $3 billion in assets under management.

Our clients are high net worth individuals, foundations, and corporations with a wide variety of sophisticated investment interests and needs. Mozaic manages investments across a wide range of asset classes including fixed income, equities, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital.

This new hire will work closely with an established team to assist across all asset classes and have a direct line of communication into the firm’s Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

They will split their time roughly 50/50 between direct client work and research and will immediately have access to a set of challenging work assignments.

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of prior investment-related experience and will have completed Level II of the CFA exam. The position offers a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute within a small team and utilize portfolio management, client service, and cross-asset class investment capabilities. THE POSITION We are seeking an intelligent, team-focused, driven, energetic, passionate, and detail-oriented Senior Investment Associate to join our firm.

This is a vital position within our organization, and we are looking for a career investment professional.

The universe of projects will include, but not be limited to, investment due diligence, asset class research, and performance analysis.

In addition, the Associate will prepare client investment review presentations, help develop client asset allocations, and be involved in the clients’ broader financial/estate planning. Ultimate success will require excellent communication skills on a wide variety of investment concepts and the ability to juggle multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.

As noted above, you will work for, and with, a small, collaborative, high-energy team of dedicated professionals. We offer a competitive salary based on experience ranging from $125k - $175k/year total compensation (base + bonus).

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Beverly Hills. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will be a graduate with a B.A. or B.S. degree from an upper-tier accredited U.S. university with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Must be curious and eager to learn new things and have done more during college than simply attend class and study, for example: work experience, extra-curricular activities, sports teams, student government,

fraternity/sorority,

volunteering, solving world problems, etc.

Thoughtful and applicable coursework and prior experience in accounting, statistics, or finance is a bonus.

Completion of Level II of the CFA exam is preferred, though we will also consider those who have completed Level I and plan to pursue the additional tests. Additional qualifications include: ·

Exceptional intellect and strong analytical skills. ·

Detailed and thoughtful written and oral communication capabilities. ·

High-energy, driven, detail-oriented, flexible personality, able to manage deadlines and expectations on multiple project assignments simultaneously. ·

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ·

Addepar experience is a plus. ·

Willingness to prepare for and earn the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
