**Who you are:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Title Insurance Sales Representative with at least 5 years of proven sales success. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. Having a strong presence in the industry, networking, building business directories, attending trade shows, presenting at conferences, and executing sales plan to qualified real estate agents, broker and their staff, lender and attorneys, and converting those prospects into customers. Must have demonstrated knowledge of Title products/services as well as those of competitor's products/services. We want someone highly visible in the region and actively part of the real state community and events.

**What You'll Do**

* Build a book of business by maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

* Represent HomeLight in the designated market and at local and national industry events.

* Develop sales leads and opportunities through a well defined sales plan.

* Be highly visible in the market by attending real estate functions and participating in real estate events

* Collaborate with internal marketing teams and have a social media presence to drive brand awareness.

* Promote open communication between sales, title, escrow, and customer service representatives to maintain mutually beneficial, productive relationships

**You Have**

* A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

* 5+ years of title insurance sales

* Successful sales track record

* Demonstrated success building strong network and positive relation within the real estate community

* Communicate effectively, maintain cooperation, and display professional attitude with coworkers and management.
