Logic Underwriters (Part of PCF Insurance Services Network) began in 1996 with the goal of providing specialty P&C programs to independent agents throughout Texas. Job Summary:

The customer service position provides timely, accurate and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal lines products, plans and programs. May independently solve problems of limited scope and complexity. Identifies, analyzes, and owns underwriting policy needs to ensure rate accuracy by assembling policy data needed for underwriting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior support to our Underwriters, managers, and independent agents by assembling data and building underwriting files regarding Texas homeowner policies.
  • Processes policyholder transactions accurately and within Customer Response Center established time standards.
  • Applies Underwriting guidelines and procedures with agents and insured based on knowledge of homeowner product.
  • Understands aspects of billing systems as it pertains to policy coverage. Identifies and communicates transactions and impact to policy premium. Interacts with billing system.
  • Manages and utilizes time effectively to ensure department meets required service levels for improved customer satisfaction results.
  • Provide confident, accurate, and efficient information. Develops and maintains product, procedural and technical systems knowledge.
  • Utilizes technical systems, effectively and efficiently.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

  • Insurance Assistant Underwriting or Customer Service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
