We are looking for driven Reservations Representatives to join our Central Guest Services team and help us field reservations requests, make bookings, follow up on reservation requests, and take our guest experience to the next level. Our Reservation Representatives are responsible for speaking directly with guests to answer all questions related to new bookings or extensions and close sales quickly and efficiently. We work closely with other departments to deliver on our brand promise and ensure the needs of our guests needs are met.

**AT SONDER YOU WILL:**

* Be the first point of contact for all new and returning guests who are inquiring or ready to book a Sonder via the phone, SMS/WhatsApp/Facebook, in-app chat and email. Support guests who are looking to extend their current stays.

* Enthusiastically explain Sonders unique value proposition.

* Ask probing questions and actively listen in order to recommend a space that fits each guest's needs.

* Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining quality standards.

* Own the reservations process from start to finish, including following up on leads, as needed.

* Utilize sales techniques and training to maximize revenue and conversion.

* Maintain a partnership with our Inside Sales team and handover all relevant inquiries

* Coordinate with our city teams to answer any outstanding questions, to resolve any issues, and provide updates to our guests

* Provide support to the Guest Services Concierge Team to process alterations, pre-booking guest requests and cancellations, as needed

* Provide additional services such as early-check-in requests, additional amenities and services, as needed

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR:**

* 2+ years of post secondary education or commensurate experience

* 2+ years of reservation or sales experience (retail, hotel front desk, contact center, etc.)

* Proven and demonstrated success in sales

* Highly motivated individual ready to close each sale and reach targets

* Personable with excellent communication skills across all platforms; and loves to speak on the phone

* Passionate about sales and love to deliver exceptional customer service

* Driven by metrics and a desire to be the best

* Intermediate computer proficiency, quick to learn new platforms and previous experience with MacOS and Google Suite is an asset

* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

* Must have a quiet work environment with space for keyboard and two monitors
