Core Duties and Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, call on and establish long-term business relationships.Meet or exceed sales and prospecting quotas to build a book of National clients.Focus on non-broadcast channels including: digital, sms/push, email, social, radio/podcast, print, etc.Identify publishers or list owners to bring into the network for traffic sources.Profitably place advertisements for clients across various marketing channels, internal and external.Coordinate/broker buys between clients and 3rd party publishers while maintaining margins.Manage required creatives, QA checks, timelines, publisher and client needs with testing.Follow CRM and reporting guidelines for both sales and network prospecting.Continually build and manage a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities.Perform other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:Sales experience in Advertising Sales and/or marketing of at least 3+ years .Must work in the Boca Raton, FL office full time.Attention to detail and organizationMedia sales and buying experience preferred.High Energy and the willingness to learn is required with a fearless attitude.Leads by example; follows policies; supports organization's goals and valuesAbility to prioritize and plan work activities, excellent time management skills, self-driven.Ability to follow instructions; responds to management direction in timely manner.Displays original thinking and creativity to meet challenges with resourcefulness.Generates suggestions for improving work, innovative approaches and ideas
