This position is responsible for developing lasting parts and service relationships for Mustang Cat. This includes:
* Act as primary customer resource for solutions to questions and concerns
* Ensure customer's lowest owning and operating cost for Cat products
* Develop customer driven solutions based on customers needs and Mustang's unique service offerings
* Demonstration key differentiators Mustang can provide to build long-term relationships with customers
* Manage customer relationships through CRM system
* Develop annual business plans, master service agreements, quotes, as well as other sales proposals as needed
* Maintain thorough understanding of customer's business operations
This position requires:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Agricultural Technology or related field
* Mechanical aptitude
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory
* Strong computer skills
* Organized
* Professional communication skills
* Strong desire to win every deal
