We are looking for talented Inside Sales Professionals to join our Independence office to sell AAA memberships and property casualty insurance products such as car and homeowners policies. Our new sales center (great location and free parking) will expand hours of operation so a variety of work schedules will be available in this full-time role.

We offer:
•Paid Training @ $24.04 per hour for 4 to 6 months (Training will be Monday- Friday 8 am to 5 pm)

Qualifications:
•Goal oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn
•Ability to multitask, cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates
•2 years sales experience highly preferred
•Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
•Strong communication skills and customer focused
•Organized and detailed
•Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
