Base Salary: $65,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st year OTE $100k+; 2nd year OTE $125k+)

Your main objective will be to secure and manage preventative maintenance service contracts, focusing on essential commercial sectors like hospitals and universities. You will acquire new business and nurture existing relationships, with contract values ranging from $2k to $10k. Ideal candidates will have B2B sales experience in services or contracts and a mechanical aptitude. Your success will be supported by thorough training and an internal sales team. Identify new business opportunities

Develop and maintain existing relationships

Schedule meetings with prospects

Act as the main point of contact for customers

B2B/outside sales experience required

Contract sales or service sales experience required
