Our client’s preeminent Investment Funds Practice draws on deep experience and global reach to advise the world’s most sophisticated fund sponsors and investors.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in private equity fund formation. You will advise clients on a full range of matters involving fund formation and management.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $345,000
