We support our Producers with a strong foothold in the Private Client space, industry-leading development, back-end support, and product resources. We are looking for top-tier Producers who know their way around high value and executive homes, exotic and collector cars, marine and recreational vehicles, high limit umbrellas, and niche coverages like personal cyber, jewelry, and high value collectibles. Your core day-to-day responsibilities will include: Cultivating relationships in the High Net Worth space and generating qualified leads Converting qualified Private Client suspects and prospects into customers Broadening R&R’s Private Client reach through targeted connections, events, and sponsorships Maintaining personal accountability and exceeding your established sales goals Underwriting risks and providing expertise, knowledge, and advice to discerning clients Analyzing coverage, preparing detailed proposals, presenting solutions, and closing sales Building relationships with our key insurance carriers to negotiate coverages and opportunities Networking in the community, developing centers of influence, and maintaining a strong pipeline Working with our in-house marketing team to develop and implement personalized campaigns Utilizing agency resources to serve clients before, during, and after the sales process We are the Knowledge Brokers, and we’re searching for exceptionally talented, bright, and driven individuals to join our team. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of proven successful Personal Lines sales experience specifically focused on Private Client and High Net Worth Individuals. You’ll need a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, and all the intangibles that go along with being a successful Producer; initiative, professionalism, accountability, and the ability to communicate, market, and close deals. A P&C License and the means to conduct local travel is required. We’re looking for qualified candidates to start Full-Time as soon as possible. Our Compensation Agreement includes a base salary PLUS an extremely competitive commission package in addition to reimbursements and discounts. We’re able to align a plan with your current income.
