We are looking to add a qualified Sales Business Development Coordinator to our team. The BDC is an integral part of the overall success of CDJR of Leesburg. This is a call center position where duties include answering inbound calls, setting sales appointments, as well as outbound calls following up on recent showroom visits.Prior Automotive BDC experience is ideal.High volume outbound/inbound call experience is a must.5-day work week.Saturdays, Rotating Sundays, closing, and open shifts are a must.QualificationsQualifications:Successful track record in sales, auto business development, or Internet sales departments.The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads, and call lists simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.Familiarity with ELeads CRM and Reynolds DMS system and Route one preferred, but not a requirement. Demonstrate understanding and application of effective appointment-setting strategies and techniques.
