We are looking for a driven Product Support Sales Representative to grow our business in the Columbia area! In this role, you will be primarily responsible for selling service and parts to current and new customers. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a hunter mentality that is determined to turn a "No" to a "Yes."

Key Job Duties include:

* Establish, maintain, and service accounts by building rapport and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

* Develop and implement aggressive prospecting strategies to uncover sales opportunities.

* Build relationships with a group of different industries including traditional and nontraditional customers.

* Create strategic sales presentations and business plans based on customer needs and the G&W Equipment portfolio of services.

* Maintain regular contact onsite and via telephone with current, previous, and potential customers

Requirements

* Minimum of three (3) year outside sales experience in similar or related industry

* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Outstanding sales leadership and customer relationship-building skills.

* General understanding of the sales CRM system

* High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects with multiple customers

* Experience cold calling and building relationships by phone and email to generate sales opportunities

* Ability to remain persistent and overcome customers objections

+ a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or

+ a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.
