HOW A LVCG WARSIM INSTRUCTOR/CONTROLLER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Operate, integrate, fielded constructive simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, reconfigurable tactical operations centers (RTOCs), vehicle pads, and other related training locations.
- Maintain (update as required) the existing training support packages that integrate training products, materials, and other pertinent information necessary to train in the Live/Virtual/Constructive-Gaming (LVCG) environments
- Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
- Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance
- Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors
- Participates in special projects as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- Education: BS/BA
- Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience' military experience preferred
- Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of JLCCTC-MRF/ WARSIM functional operations
- Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance
- Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills / Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs / Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
- Location: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $27.20 - $40.80. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
