Here's what you will be doing:Proactively Prospect and Expand Territory: Initiate proactive prospecting efforts within existing and expanding service territories. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Clearwave Fiber's market reach and customer base. Manage Existing Customer Accounts: Take ownership of managing large existing customers acquired by the Senior Account Executive. Drive revenue growth by selling new products and services, as well as upgrading existing services to maximize customer value. Maintain CRM Documentation and Quoting Process: Document all sales activities accurately in the CRM system, including opportunities, service requests, and other relevant modules. Manage the quoting process in alignment with company guidelines and submit work requests promptly. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure seamless advancement of work requests. Customer Interaction and Presentation: Conduct meetings and presentations with customers as directed by the Local Market Executive. Effectively communicate Clearwave Fiber's offerings, addressing customer inquiries and providing tailored recommendations. Meet Sales Objectives: Exceed daily sales objectives set by management, including phone activity and number of contacts made. Achieve or surpass daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets established by management. Utilize Market Information and Sales Aids: Leverage market information and sales tools to support recommendations and address customer queries effectively. Ensure Clarity on Sales Terms and Conditions: Establish a clear understanding of sales terms and conditions with customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Prompt and Accurate Submission of Sales Documentation: Submit sales orders, reports, and queries promptly, accurately, and legibly to maintain workflow efficiency. Engage in Special Assignments and Training: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other special assignments as required to enhance skills and contribute to team objectives. Perform Assigned Duties: Execute any other duties as assigned by management to support team goals and overall business objectives.
