The Account Coordinator provides technical backup to the Account Executive to support the production of new business and the retention of current clients. Core Responsibilities, included but not limited to:Assist in the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, summary plan documents (SPD's) and employee communications to ensure alignment with client expectations and legal requirements.Assist in client specific projects as assigned, including but not limited to implementation of a carrier transition, dependent verification audits, billing reconciliation, wellness initiatives, compensation statements and enrollment processing.Participate in client meetings, as requested by assigned Account ExecutiveFollow agency guidelines, policies and procedures; including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology.Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards.Partner with assigned Account Executive to meet administrative timelines.Assist in client specific projects as assigned by the Account Executive.All other duties and projects as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredNevada Health and Life license (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in computer software and online systems, including MS Office, Demonstrate a deep understanding of Excel formulas and functions, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with agency management systems; prior experience with AMS360 and/or Image Right is a plus.Effective communication, service, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines, with a commitment to thorough task completion.What We Offer:Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid time offGenerous benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.Employee Stock Purchase PlanSalary Range: Between $45,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience.This position will operate on a hybrid schedule, based out of our Las Vegas, NV office.
