Our client is seeking a talented and driven Investment Funds Attorney to join theirleading AmLaw 10 firm in its Salt Lake City office.
As the largest, most active investment funds practice of any law firm in the world, our client is uniquely positioned to provide sophisticated market intelligence and cutting-edge solutions to investment funds and their general partner sponsors in today’s market.
Your practice will be focussed on representing fund sponsors in the formation and management of private investment funds, including buyout, venture capital, mezzanine, senior debt, funds-of-funds and other investment vehicles and separate accounts, as well as the operational and legal issues faced by their sponsors. In addition, you will counsel prominent institutional investors in connection with their investments in leading private equity, venture, real estate and hedge funds.
Annual salary range: $225,000 – $370,000
