Summary Statement:

The In-House Promotions position markets the nightclub, restaurant, lounge and other services to guests while focusing on the development of a personal clientele list. The ideal candidate assists guests with special requests all while maintaining customer relationships and adhering to Resorts World Las Vegas Service Standards. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices and procedures.

Job Duties:

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Deliver a daily/nightly guest list of a preferred clientele on specified days. Follow and execute weekly schedule day/night.
  • Interact, entertain and provide guests with information in a professional, cordial and exemplary manner while recognizing and cultivating regulars. Respond to all guest inquires and requests.
  • Drive business through booking guest list and table reservations
  • Execute weekly goals (Guest List Requirements).
  • Ensure guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them.
  • Maintain social platforms as indicated by management. Post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
  • Meet and greet guests and expedite them into the venue
  • Focus on establishing contacts, building network, and database growth
  • Daily promotional outreach
  • Focus on driving GA to the venues

Qualifications:

Competencies: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a day club or nightclub.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of previous experience as a Promoter in a similar or related field.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Position required licenses
  • Gaming registration
