And we believe shoppers deserve much better.Position Purpose:As a Client Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring all their needs are met. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our products and services, and providing timely solutions to their problems. Additionally, you will actively monitor client feedback and work closely with the internal team to implement improvements based on their needs and expectations.General Responsibilities: Become an expert in Tactiq's solutions and develop a strong understanding of product functionality to help clients maximize the benefits of their systems. Serve as first level support for client issues to help troubleshoot and problem solve. Manage the setup and onboarding and implementation of new clients. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of the client's data and setup to ensure ongoing success. Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing customer stakeholders. Gather data and analyze trends from customer service teams to drive process improvement and solve identified issues and/or constraints. Proactively monitor and track client satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or issues. Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner. RequirementsQualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Strong interpersonal and verbal/written skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Proven success at collaborating to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and foster clear communication channels. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Comfortable with technology and assisting users with using software applications.
