We are currently seeking an experienced, member-focused, results-driven Financial Sales Manager to help lead our Branch Team. Y ou will drive strong member relationships and financial results. You will be responsible for all activities at the branch, including but not limited to leadership, management, team development, security, loans and membership services, promote Credit Union products and services through business development activities, as well as exercise prudent use of signing/override authority to protect our members and organization.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

* Bachelors degree Business Administration preferred

* Five years experience at a financial organization with at least three years in a supervisory capacity

* Experience in a lending and or operations beneficial

* Ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, fosters team environment

* Ability to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our members information

* Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills

* Knowledge of principles and practices of financial institutions; emphasis on depository and branch related products

* Ability to read and understand financial reports; ability to develop/modify effective action plans to attain branch budget goals

* Experience in supporting staff career development by setting high expectations and providing challenging assignments
