**Overnight Experience Specialist (Customer Support)**

at Landing Birmingham, AL ****About the Role:****

We are looking for an **Evening Community Manager** to join us at Landing! In this role, youll respond to emails, phone calls, and chats during the ***evening*** hours with shifts that could fall anywhere between the hours of **4:00 pm - 12:00 am** to ensure that our members concerns are taken care of at all times of the day. **You would also work one weekend day per week (Thursday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday).**

Our Member Experience team leads the way to make sure that our members have a world class experience throughout their Landing journey. Our Community Managers respond to members questions and concerns throughout the day. Youll get to work with a tight knit, fun group of people that are passionate about creating an incredible experience for our members.

****What Youll Do:****

* Deliver exceptional customer service to Landing members via phone, text, chat, and email requests

* Communicate with independent contractors in-market (Landing Hosts) as they perform cleanings, installations, and other home services for our members.

* Coordinate member move-in and move-out of Landing homes.

* Own the resolution of member issues, including diligent follow-up between members, hosts, and our properties.

* Secure the coordination of checkout and member extensions.

* Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Landing journey.

****What You Need:****

* **Ability to work a flexible schedule in our Birmingham office 4:00pm - 12:00am**

* 1+ years of delivering exceptional customer service

* Strong communication skills, both written and via phone.

* Well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.

* Kind, self-motivated and hardworking, a history of achieving targets.

* Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel.

* Nice to have: bilingual with communication skills in both English and Spanish
