Job Description: The Director of Personal Lines at InsuranceHub Leavitt oversees all personal lines account managers, ensuring effective customer service and financial goals are achieved. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes and fostering growth.

Lead and manage and develop the personal lines service staff for efficient client service. Overseeing daily operations, setting strategic goals and driving performance objectives. Implement and monitor quality control standards and agency procedures. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching and performance management. Monitor key performance metrics and financial indicators to asses divisional performance, drive profitability and retention. Conduct performance evaluations and oversee department operations. Requirements/Experience:

A

minimum of 5years of PersonalLines Insurance experience required A Property and Casualty Insurance License required Proficient in MS Office and various client management systems including AMS360 and AgencyZoom? Brokerage experience a plus! Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills (Details are important) Experience servicing accounts and selling Better than amazing customer service skills An independent and self-motivated drive to succeed We offer:
