Job Responsibilities: As the Director of Personal Lines at InsuranceHub, you will oversee all personal lines account managers to ensure exceptional customer service and attainment of financial goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, and developing the personal lines service staff for efficient client service.
- Overseeing daily operations, setting strategic goals, and driving performance objectives.
- Implementing and monitoring quality control standards and agency procedures.
- Providing guidance, support, training, coaching, and performance management to team members.
- Monitoring key performance metrics and financial indicators to assess divisional performance, drive profitability, and enhance retention.
- Conducting performance evaluations and overseeing departmental operations.
Requirements/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Independent agency experience a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and various client management systems (e.g., AMS360, AgencyZoom).
- Brokerage experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in servicing accounts and sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Independent and self-motivated drive to succeed.
