Job Description:
The Services Sales Engineer is a key member in the local Services team of the Robotics Division. With this position being onsite, you will be in collaboration with the local Head of Services, the Services Sales Engineer contributes to the development of the Sales and Marketing strategy linked to Services Business. The position requires a broad scope of activities relating to sales, marketing, and customer service and a close collaboration with the Robotics team to drive Services business and increase installed base (IB) penetration.

Would prefer the candidate to be in the South/Southeast.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Promote and develop the services business.
Organize and coordinate local sales operations in ways that ensure maximum sales productivity.
Define and organize action plan to reach expected IB penetration targets.
Ensure local deployment of services product portfolio.
Attend and represent the company to commercial events.
Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor surveys and other feedback.
Collect strategic market segments needs, tailor local service offers in accordance with Local Head of Services to fulfill market requirements.
Contribute to the local communication strategy to leverage the Stubli brand and to generate interaction between the brand and its customers.
Ensure adherence to legal rules and Divisional Sales, Marketing and Service guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in technical or engineering field
5+ years services sales experience
Excellent industry knowledge/ Exposure to customer communication environment
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful service strategies.
Travel:
Valid drivers license with good driving record
Valid passport or capability to get a passport.
Willing and able to undertake travel up to

of the time.
