Are you currently selling another product outside of the health insurance industry, a student or graduate struggling to decide on a future career, or somebody with no experience who is interested in beginning a career in Medicare Health Insurance? Then look no further!
We will pay you to train! We will provide the education, tools, environment, and opportunity for you to start your career as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent selling Medicare products. This is a phone sales position. Upon completing training, you will use compliant sales practices to meet specific sales targets.

You will attend a virtual structured licensing education course where you will obtain your resident state health insurance license. Once you pass the state exam you will receive additional specialized training so you can begin your work as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent and assist customers in enrolling in a qualified Medicare health insurance plan.

We offer Uncapped Earnings: - Earn a base salary of $18 per hour, and bilingual Spanish/English-speaking agents earn $19 per hour while you learn.
- Upon training graduation your pay will increase to $20 per hour + uncapped bonus opportunity, and $21 per hour for bilingual Spanish/English speaking agents.
- Most of our first-year agents earn between $55,000 and $65,000 while agents in their second year and beyond earn $85,000 to $125,000+.

Requirements
What You Bring to e-TeleQuote: - Hospitality, face-to-face, telephone, call center, door-to-door sales experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with meeting individual productivity goals related to upselling or sales.
- Strong computer and internet skills - we will train you on our proprietary systems.
- Extreme organization and comfort in using multiple monitors, navigating through several open window applications and logins, and using chat and video conferencing tools like Zoom or Teams.
- Comfortable with receiving and applying coaching and feedback.
- Resilient, quality-minded, with a determined spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
- Motivated and sales-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting various health plan products from multiple carriers to consumers.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess an eagerness to learn by being intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
- Confident self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude and sense of urgency.
- Ability to be licensed and appointed with carrier companies including State issued fingerprint and criminal background check. This is a lifetime background check where there are no time restrictions.
- Previous training in or related to insurance is a plus, but not required.
