Sales Rep-Kubota - Military veterans preferred

All Roads Kubota in Bel Air is searching for a go-getter with previous sales experience to make an immediate impact to our team. The Sales Rep will focus on selling and promoting construction, Kubota compact tractors, lawn & garden equipment including large machinery through handheld equipment. The ideal candidate will have exposure to many different brands (Kubota, Exmark, Ferris, Echo, Wright...). This is an inside and outside role who will assist customers, generate new leads and perform in a quota driven environment. Full time benefits eligible role with a base salary plus commission. Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm and rotating Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Identify and qualify potential customers by telephone and premise visits

Resolve customer

complaints and inquiries.
Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
All other duties as assigned.
