**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Meet Parts and Service established sales plan goals in both dollars and unit sales. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Scope includes; parts, service, and cultivating mobile service unit opportunities.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Analyze, develop, and execute weekly sales plan that includes scheduled appointments, and prospecting observed opportunities (cold calls.)

- Achieve agreed upon monthly parts and service sales targets and outcomes.

- Develop estimates and provide repair quotes to customers.

- Respond promptly to inbound requests for parts and services.

- Communicate customer expectations accurately and thoroughly to engineering and service teams.

- Report sales activity, results, opportunities, and competitive activity timely as required.

- Initiate customer surveys where not already provided, to gain feedback leading to continuous improvement.

- Lead the coordination of improvement actions to address key customer concerns as they arise and in response to customer surveys focusing on quick resolution.

- Liaison among scheduling, materials group, and customers on repair timelines.

- Assist with current open accounts receivable issues, contacting customers for resolution and facilitating any necessary account changes.

- Assist warranty with claims as required.

- Other duties as assigned.

**EXPERTISE REQUIRED** / **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Degree preferred

* Must be open to local travel up to 90%

* Successful sales track record with a minimum five year commercial truck body, truck and trailer repair sales experience

* Self-Starter
