**Description**

King Door Company, a DH Pace Company, aspires to hire an experienced **Outside Residential Sales Representative** who specializes in building relationships and selling door and door products to homeowners. This position is responsible for introducing our current customers to products and services that our company sells in addition to the products and services they have already purchased from us. We sell, install and service residential doors and door products every home needs doors for security!

**Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and diagnose each customer's garage door problems

* Design customized door solutions

* Make in home sales presentations that include product samples and design software

* Build solid, long lasting relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory

* In addition to prospecting with remodel contractors and HOAs, you will be provided with a steady flow of prequalified company leads and marketing support to help build your territory

* You will receive formal training to prepare you for a successful career in sales with potential career advancement opportunities

**Requirements:**

* Two (2) years outside sales experience

* Ability to work two evenings a week and every other Saturday; including attendance at several weekend home shows

* Bachelors degree, highly preferred

* Successful track record in an outsides sales environment (preferably within the door industry)

* Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers

* Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)

* Must possess valid drivers license
