First Financial Bank has an immediate opening for a **Customer Relationship Manager**.

The Customer Relationship Managers' primary responsibilities include representing First Financial Bank across multiple platforms and functions, including speaking with the public, communicating with all levels of employees and management, and serve as marketing liaison to all FFB retail branch locations.

**Education/Experience**: Bachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing or business related degree from a four year college or university; two to four years related experience in marketing, banking, administrative or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Responsibilities in this position include creating advertising for any new products or services for customers. Assist in planning and implementing all marketing events to represent FFB in the community such as in-branch events, PR/Community events, United Way drives, Angel Tree, etc. Process all requests from branches for their marketing collateral, promotional items, and signage. Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or executive management.

**Other Skills & Abilities**: Required to be competent in Excel and Word. Prefer knowledge of entire MS Office Suite, mail merge and layout/editing skills. Position will require occasional travel.
