Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Greeting customers upon arrival and performing needs analysis including make, model, and features of desired vehicle
• Explaining features and demonstrating operation of vehicle
• Researching availability of models and optional equipment using computer databases
• Working with Sales Managers and F&I Managers to negotiate sale and requirements for financing or vehicle lease
• Visually inspecting inventory and maintaining knowledge of current inventory
• Completing all paperwork and arranging for delivery and registration of vehicle
• Delivering and familiarizing customer with vehicle
• Prospect for new customers
• Attending and completing required training and department meetings
  
  

Requirements - Sales Consultant:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales! If you have experience in retail, real estate, marketing, and/or customer service, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Motivation to be successful
• Demonstrate hard work ethic and high energy
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Proven ability to prospect and sell in a team-oriented environment
• High School diploma or equivalent required, some college a plus!
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Computer proficient
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Ability to work retail days and hours of dealership
