We are looking for hands-on Property Managers to join our team!

The Property Manager will execute the business plan for the community to ensure the physical asset is well maintained and meeting financial goals! The Property Manager will lead, coach and set direction for the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure excellent service is provided to our prospective residents and Carefree Living for our residents. The Property Manager is responsible for understanding and analyzing the metrics of the community and ensuring smooth operations and profitability of the community.

 

You will

  • Develop, maintain and execute daily, weekly and monthly activates to ensure community is meeting occupancy and financial goals.
  • Coach, lead, and motivate the performance of all onsite associates.
  • Ensure that CARROLL’s core values are being portrayed to create a positive customer experience for but residents and associates.
  • Continuously collaborate with Regional Property Managers and VPs.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with equity partners, while providing accurate and timely information/updates on the property successes and areas of improvement.
  • Partner with various corporate departments to aid in success of the property including: Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, etc.
  • Quickly handle all escalated resident inquires in empathetic manner.

You have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Multifamily Property Manager -required
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and motivating teams
  • Experience preparing and adhering to budgets, explaining vacancies, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and applications, familiarity with NAA Lease and Addendums, Fair Housing/ADA regulations and applications, OSHA, & EPA requirements for the property management industry
  • Real Estate license (Preferred)
