JOB LEVEL P40 EMPLOYEE ROLE Individual Contributor The opportunity Adobe Design is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager with a passion for community-building to join our team. As the Sr Program Manager for Internal Communications and Community, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive and connected work environment across Adobe’s global design organization. Your focus will be on building and galvanizing community through internal programs and communications, collaborating with the rest of our Operations team on understanding and optimizing support for Adobe Design. What you’ll do Develop and implement strategies that promote connection, belonging, and a positive work culture for Adobe Design team members. Design and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to strengthen interpersonal relationships and promote a sense of unity. Organize council of community volunteers across Adobe Design offices worldwide to support in-office connection and culture. Drive primary internal communications touchpoints for the Adobe Design team, including all-team meetings, programming calendar, and e-mail newsletter. Own and enforce voice, tone, and best practices for internal communications channels. Continually collaborate across the org to understand team culture and needs, developing and iterating on programs to address new challenges. Own and optimize metrics for efficacy and impact of your programs. What you’ll need to succeed Experience in a similar role, with a focus on employee experience and internal communications. Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to navigate and influence in a large, global corporate environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs. Creative thinking and ability to craft innovative programs that resonate with teams. Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. An interest in the craft and practice of design. About Adobe Design Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and communicate. We’re a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $96,300 $193,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
