Sales Support Engineer Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of (education and experience) Motivation for sales and at least 2-5 years of successful applications engineering / sales support experience in an industrial environment, preferably in pumps, instrumentation, valves, and flow control products Ability to troubleshoot, understand customer needs Customer Service focus Excellent interpersonal skills (in person and on the phone), relationship builder Background in automation & control Proficient with computers and working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CRM systems, ERP systems, valve and pump sizing programs Heat trace experience Proven performance in sales, self-motivated, proficient delegator, team builder, highly energetic and have a positive outlook Pay Range from $75,000 – $95,000 per year
