We are NOW hiring a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team What’s the job? This position is responsible for assisting with multiple functions on the Finance team, including but not limited to Invoicing, Sales order verification/confirmation, Internal Controls Audit functions, and month end reporting and analysis. Essential Functions: Invoice customers while monitoring reports to ensure accuracy Verify and confirm sales orders Ensure compliance within the ICRF (internal controls) and assist in the creation of and adherence to Accounting procedures Assists with month end processing tasks: reconcile financial information, review variances upon request, create, and upload journal entries and ledger reconciliations Perform physical Fixed Asset inventory count, and aid in the annual physical inventory count Manage & reconcile broker arrangements Create, run, and distribute reports as needed to support other departments Partner with internal and external customers; and assist with any other project support as needed Required Qualifications What do you bring? Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred 2 years' experience in a finance or accounting department making journal entries, reporting and analysis of financial data Experience with internal control including auditing, creating/implementing policy/procedures desirable Ability to work closely with internal and external customers while maintaining necessary confidentiality and control of financial data Ability to work independently, follow instructions and complete tasks, ask questions as appropriate Must be flexible with working hours outside of regular business hours depending upon business needs, i.e., end of month/year reporting Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Company Summary Saint-Gobain, the world leader in the habitat and construction markets, designs, manufactures and distributes building materials, providing innovative solutions to meet growing demand in emerging economies, for energy efficiency and for environmental protection.
