Assistant Controller - Military veterans preferred

Overview: A/C Technical Services, LLC is in search of an Assistant Controller to work closely with the owners and oversee the accounting functions. This is a hands-on controllership position. The candidate will also oversee and be the backup for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for reconciling all general ledger accounts and generating in-house financial statements. Job duties also include reconciling job cost and preparing the monthly work in process schedule for construction jobs. In addition, the candidate will prepare and file monthly sales tax and insurance reports and prepare and file quarterly payroll tax reports. Various other duties are also included as they pertain to daily, weekly and monthly duties of an Assistant Controller.
