Job Summary:

The solution architect – Syteline ERP responsible for implementing and managing solutions in Infor Syteline/CSI application.

*Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary resource for the blueprinting the business process and solution design for the below business processes.
    1. Design to Release
    2. Demand to Plan
    3. Plan to Inventory
    4. Inspect to Correct
    5. Product to Pay
    6. Order to Cash
    7. Record to Report
  • Develop high quality, scalable solutions using Infor syteline technology to meet all business requirements.
  • Responsible for the business requirement gathering, solution design, testing and training aspects of syteline application.
  • Responsible for the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of enterprise system
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Syteline skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development team
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Provide application support and guidance to business users through IT service desk process
  • Provide technical guidance for database administrators, software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • May guide decisions on which technologies to implement, operational planning and useful life of products.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work on Government programs (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S.)
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of related experience is required
  • Must be proficient in word processing software; spreadsheet software; development software; internet software; project management software, OS, Version Control software, Task Management and database software
  • Must be knowledgeable in modern software architecture design methodologies, basic networking, common networked devices, computer hardware, and computer peripherals
