WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?
•Provide outstanding beverage service to patrons with professionalism and courtesy.
•Accurately and efficiently take and process drink orders, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards.
•Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order input, payment processing, and sales tracking.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including bar tops, glassware, and service stations.
•Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
•Collaborate closely with other team members, including bartenders, to ensure prompt order delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
•Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
•Perform any additional duties as assigned.
