WHAT WE PROVIDE:

This is a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to drive the ultimate guest experience.  These team members will interact with guest by providing premium guest services, including VIP Guided Tours, waterpark cabanas, strollers, wheelchairs and providing valet parking.

 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• VIP Tours: Assist guests with guided tours throughout the park, expediting meals, ride access, character meet and greets, all while sharing your knowledge about park facts
• Cabana rentals: Explain rental policy, show guests to their cabana, offer food and beverage wait service
• Other Rentals: Rent strollers, wheelchairs and electronic controlled vehicles, cleaning each item before and after each use, while ensuring the rental and operating procedures are explained
• Retail Sales: Must be able to operate a Point of Sale register or handheld device
• Keep Things Clean: Maintain a clean and safe retail space for all guests to enjoy.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• At least 18 years old
• TABC Certification, certification provided and paid for by park
• High level of enthusiasm and involvement
• Ability to actively communicate with large groups of guests
• Be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking
• $1 increase for having an active TABC license
• Ability to operate a register

• All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
