Our work depends on highly motivated and professional individual joining our team to providing collective training and sustainment on Army Mission Command Systems, using a variety of tools and Army fielded systems.
HOW A SENIOR EXERCISE PLANNNER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.
- Planner for US Army, Joint, and Bilateral training echelons above and below brigade levels at Sagami MTC or at off-site locations.
- Collaborate within a small team of highly skilled technical and training subject matter experts.
- Effective listener capturing all viewpoints to determine practical resolution for complex issues.
- Alternate site manager able to make decisions as the on-site manager in his/her absence.
- Responsible for scheduling management and facility usage.
- Leverage Military Education 4 (MEL4) knowledge combined with technologies to produce documentation, briefings, conducting of tours, and interacting with customers.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Required Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, subject immaterial.
Required Military Education: Completed Army Command and Staff College (CGSC), or Intermediate Level Education, or equivalent level of military schooling. - Required Experience: 8+ years of related military training and training support experience.; 5 years minimum experience with training management; Experience in military operations and training at Brigade and Higher levels.
- Security Clearance Level: Secret required to start
- Possess superior communications and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Level Clearance.
- Location: On Customer Site
- US Citizenship Required.
