Gas Contract NegotiatorResponsibilities
Take the lead in initiating,negotiating, and finalizingnew physical natural gas contracts withother market participantsas requested by thecommercialnatural gas team.
Coordinate and interact with variousinternal groups such as Legal, Credit, Commercial, Compliance, Settlements, OperationsandSystemsto progress and socialize contracts under negotiation.
Navigate and understand provisions within natural gas contractscommonlyusedbythe natural gas marketplace.These include, butare notlimited to,the NAESB(with various addendums), GasEDI,ISDAandISDA Gas Annex.
