Ability to thrive in dynamic and reciprocal environments **As an Investment Sales Associate (ISA)** your primary responsibility will be consulting with financial advisors and institutional clients via the phone. Youll work every day to provide valuable market insight and portfolio construction ideas to help their clients achieve their financial goals and will have the opportunity to grow your foundational knowledge of the financial industry. **The Investment Sales Development Program** is an entry-level development program that is crafted with several distinct phases to help you grow your foundational knowledge of the financial industry while developing the vital skills for the Regional Investment Consultant role (inside wholesaler). As you develop these skills, you will earn the opportunity to interview for a promotion that is based on merit and your validated understanding of the required skills. **The three phases within the program:** *

Consulting with financial advisors through inbound phone calls *

Partnering with external wholesalers to learn territory management *

Scheduling prospecting clients to uncover new opportunities and drive business development **Throughout the 12-18 months of the program, you will focus on building the following skills & knowledge in these areas:** *
