As a Sr. Customer Advocacy Manager, you’ll be responsible for drawing the customer advocacy vision for JFrog. By enabling sales, analysts and the public about how JFrog products and solutions are being used, you’ll help drive the business forward - and have a lot of fun doing it! As part of the product marketing team, you’ll take the messaging and positioning for our solutions, and find innovative ways to integrate customers' stories into marketing materials, sales assets, analyst interactions, public relations, and more. After all, no one says it better than the customers! Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into clear values across verticals is crucial. In your role, you will focus on understanding how our customers buy - and transfer that knowledge into engaging collateral, digital media and more.

As a Sr. Customer Advocacy Manager in JFrog you will...

Draw and set a vision for Customer Advocacy. Build and manage the growth of JFrog’s customer advocacy program by obtaining and promoting customer case studies, speaking opportunities, etc. Create written testimonials and participate in the creation of case studies that showcase customers’ positive experiences. Plan, organize, and execute customer engagement programs such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, and awards programs that drive advocacy, retention, and growth. Source and manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories, customer feedback, and reviews. Track, measure, and iterate on the impact of customer marketing activities on customer growth, retention, and financial outcomes. Engage with JFrog sales teams to nurture and manage customer relationships for referencing. Collaborate with the global marketing team on promotional activities, such as interviews, videos, or other content featuring customer success stories. Adhere to any confidentiality agreements or legal restrictions related to the disclosure of certain information about the customer's use of the product or service. Much more!

To be a Customer Advocacy Manager in JFrog you need...

7+ years of customer marketing, Customer Advocacy, ideally in software or high tech. Experience in product marketing is a plus. Track-record of building a Customer Advocacy Program, including successful interaction with customers, sales organizations, partners, and various internal organizations. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-team (managing upwards and sideways). Experience dealing with B2B customer audiences. Experience developing sales-facing/sales enablement materials. Bachelor’s or higher in business, marketing, or equivalent experience. Creative thinker and builder who is adept at creating and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel. Location in SF Bay Area preferred.

At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package This position has a base salary range between $160,000 to $180,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan. JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more! JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
