Position Purpose
Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to bar patrons; fills orders from cocktail waitress/waiter for patrons seated at tables in lounge and throughout the casino. This is an on call position to cover special events, Banquets and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Fill beverage orders from customers and wait staff.
  • Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serves wine and draught or bottled beer
  • Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
  • Collect payment for drinks served.
  • Order/requisition liquors and supplies.
  • Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
  • Replenish bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older and have Bartending experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience
Education Level - High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Experience - Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and other employees.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.

Class B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
