Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bakersfield, CA for a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer. The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, discussing the clients' needs and coverage options, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer will also be responsible for generating leads, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. This job pays $20 an hour plus commission.
Qualifications
Active California Property and Casualty License
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals
Solid experience in insurance products such as Homeowners, Auto, Commercial, and health
Experience with relationship building and maintaining clients
A proven track record of self-motivation, time management, and organization skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Fluent in Spanish
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong ethical, honest, fair, and professional approach
