About the role
The In Villa Dining Coordinator ensures seamless coordination of In Villa Dining operations, taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery.
What you will do
- Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- Answer the telephones using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest's order according to Four Seasons Standards.
- Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
- Serve and clear Food & Beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
- Utilize the Residence Club's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
- Carry a hot box and trays bus and reset tables with, china, glass and silver and provide oval tray service in a professional & comfortable manner.
- Coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
- Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved. Recognize and address potential intoxicated disruptive or undesirable guests.
- Stock and order items.
What you bring - Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
- Average knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks

Schedule & Hours: - Part Time
- Availability to work PM shift from 4pm to 10pm, including weekends and holidays
