• 2 years of bar experience
• TiPS Certification requested but not required
• The ability to engage others and describe the product in multiple, engaging, and appetizing ways
• Mentally organized and excellent processor of information
• Willingness to help and train others
• Takes pride in service to others
• Ability to garner consistently high ticket averages through suggestive selling
• Addicted to the details
• Understanding POS system and its various functions
