Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor: 

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule service
• Greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI score

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor: 

• Good customer service, computer and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Basic automotive operational knowledge is helpful
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and insurance
