Responsibilities – Automotive Sales Manager:

• Hire, train, motivate and supervise a high-performance sales team.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve sales goals
• Coach sales team on improving performance and closing deals
• Lead regular sales meetings
• Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
• Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business 
• Perform other duties

Qualifications - Automotive Sales Manager: 

• Automotive Sales Manager experience with new or used cars, goal driven, team builder, high energy, and self-motivated to succeed

• Excellent sales, closing, communication, and customer service skills
• Good computer skills (MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional appearance 
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
