Schedule Details:

Our resort operates 7 days a week, Our Food and Beverage staff work varying shifts either morning shift 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or afternoon shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Additional Responsibilities:

•Serves food and beverages to members, owners, and guests; anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any requests in a friendly and professional manner.

•Immediately greets and acknowledges all arriving members, owners, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner in accordance with departmental procedures

•Operates cash register and/or Point of Sale (POS) system. •Adheres to all cash handling guidelines as set forth by the Company.

•Responsible for all alcohol and supplies in the bar and cash bank accountability.

•Maintains positive guest relations through good social skills, proper demeanor, correct body language, and eye contact, to ensure guests' happiness and enhance the overall culinary experience.

•Extends a courteous and friendly departure to all members, owners, and guests; thanking them for dining with us and inviting them back again, with a genuine and professional demeanor.

•Clears and resets tables, as needed.

•Completes all closing side work, inspecting for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas and of the outlet itself.

•Takes ownership of any guest's problems and resolves them according to departmental guidelines. •Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-up.

•Completes all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned.

•Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

•Assist with other related duties as assigned

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Legal Age of serve/sell Alcohol.
  • Previous bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Hawaii Food Handler's Card
  • Health Card
  • Valid State of Hawaii Liquor Card - Blue
  • Must possess (or be able to acquire) Hawaii Dept. of Health Tuberculosis Clearance Certification
