Production Supervisor - Military veterans preferred

Our client, food bottling company is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the production team supporting site. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, supervisory experience and excellent communication which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Louisburg NC 

Pay Range: $18-$25 hourly  

 

What’s the Job?

• Lead associates in the attainment of established production and goals.
• Assist in executing the workload and production schedule to optimize resources and meet scheduled production goals.
• Manage production activities to ensure compliance for accuracy, quality and timelines.
• Minimize manufacturing cost through effective utilization of labor, equipment and materials. 
• Maximize quality and productivity by evaluating performance issues in order to identify cause and institute corrective actions for improvement. 

 

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience 
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills 
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes. 
• Experience in managing and planning schedules labor and reporting.
